If you -as an owner of a holiday rental- want to register your property in Lefkada-Rentals.com, you can either select one of our (Advanced, Premium), or ask for a "per-booking" listing.
This is an extra option, where you can present the full details of your property (texts, photos, calendar, and detailed prices), but instead of receiving emails from your guests, you receive "Messages" and you should reply to them via our platform. Also, you receive "Online Reservations", instead of simple inquiries and general questions. For this reason, it is mandatory for you as an owner, to have the detailed prices always updated, and the latest by 31st of January of each current year. The full details of your customer, are available to you, right after your confirmation of the booking.
For a "per-booking" listing, you don't need to pay any annual fee, but we keep a small booking-fee, which covers the expenses for your advertisement and the transactions fees (credit card, bank fees).
