How do I reply to guest inquiries?

If you have choosen Advanced or Premium year basis package, you may receive requests from a traveler through Email Inquiry.

Please, note that all the notifications are sent via So when you reply, please keep in mind that you should send your reply to the traveler's email address and not to the Lefkada-Rentals. If you simply press the "Reply" button, then your answer goes directly to the guest, not to our platform.

Keep in mind, that we do not interfere in your communication between you and your guests.

Also, feel free to contact them directly by phone, when provided.
