I have selected package Per Booking partnership. How do I answer the customers' inquiries?

When a reservation inquiry is received, you will receive a notification email in your inbox. Your next steps to proceed with the customer's deposit to secure his booking and finally Approve or Decline in the time frame of 24 hours will be:

   

1) Log in to your account at https://www.lefkada-rentals.com/users/login using your credentials and navigate to the Messages section.


Locate the customer request with the code provided in your email, e.g., 0123-AUG24-4321. 



2) Express gratitude for his inquiry and confirm your availability and the pre-agreement of payment for the rest of the balance.


3) Conclude your message by inviting the customer to proceed with his deposit by clicking on the Lefkada-Rentals.com code provided, similar to 0123-AUG-4321, and completing the transaction using his credit or debit card to secure his booking. 


4) Once he completes his deposit, you will promptly receive an email notification. Kindly login to your account at https://www.lefkada-rentals.com/users/login within the next 24 hours. Navigate to the Reservations section to review and either approve or decline his request. Upon selecting 'Approve' via the green button, the deposit will be processed, confirming the reservation for the customer.

   

If, for any reason, you decline his deposit, it's important to communicate the occasion. Subsequently, the customer will receive a full refund of his deposit amount. It's crucial to ensure transparency and promptness in the refund process to maintain customer satisfaction and trust. 


* Please remember that in per booking inquiries, do not disclose any personal or business details to the customer until their deposit is completed.
